Fraternal Order of Police Lodges Across Northern Idaho Endorse Benjamin “Ben” Allen for District Judge
The Fraternal Order of Police lodges within Idaho’s northern counties—including North Idaho
Troopers Lodge 512, Panhandle Lodge 15, Kootenai County Lodge 43, and Idaho Conservation
Officers Lodge 38—proudly announce their joint endorsement of Shoshone County Prosecutor
Benjamin “Ben” Allen for District Judge in Idaho’s First Judicial District.
These lodges represent law enforcement professionals serving the communities where this
position will be decided. Our members include state law enforcement, county deputies, and
municipal officers who have worked directly with Mr. Allen on a wide range of cases.
During his tenure as Shoshone County Prosecutor, Mr. Allen has demonstrated professionalism,
sound judgment, and a commitment to fair and impartial justice. Our members have worked with
him on cases ranging from DUI and narcotics offenses, to complex investigations, including officer
involved critical incidents and homicide prosecutions.
Mr. Allen consistently engages with law enforcement, provides timely legal guidance, and
maintains a strong focus on integrity throughout the judicial process. His measured, respectful,
and even-handed courtroom demeanor reflects the qualities our members consider essential for
a District Court Judge.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Allen understands the broader needs of the First Judicial
District. His background and approach to public service offer a valuable perspective for the bench.
